WORD BEING FULFILLED

¶. 1:1 ̶ In the village of Nazareth in Galilee, having been born and raised, and now in your twenty-seventh year, and having only recently returned there, having spent seven years in wandering contemplation in the Middle Kingdom of Sinai, you will on the first Sunbathian of spring, enter into the temple, where according to custom you will be invited to stand up to read;
¶. 1:2 ̶ And there will be given over to you a roll of Isaiah, and having unfolded it, will find the place where it is written:
¶. 1:3 ̶ 'The Spirit of The God is within me, to live the good news of the reign of The God: to bring about peace and joy; to bring about deliverance from unthinking.'
¶. 1:4 ̶ And having folded the roll; having given it back to the attendant, you will sit down, and the eyes of all in the temple will be gazing on you.
¶. 1:5 ̶ And you will begin to say unto them, 'From this the first Sunbathian of spring, is this word being fulfilled in your hearing;'
¶. 1:6 ̶ And all will be wondering at the gracious words that are mellifluously coming forth out of your mouth,
¶. 1:7 ̶ And they will be filled with a peace and a joy, that is new to them.
¶. 1:8 ̶ And after some time you will go on down, and sail across Lake Galilee to Capernaum, and daily teach,
¶. 1:9 ̶ And everyone will be astonished at your teaching, because your word will be with the authority of your heart.
¶. 1:10 ̶ And in the temple in Capernaum there will be a man, having a troublesome spirit, and he will cry out to you,
¶. 1:11 ̶ Saying, 'Away, what, to me? You have come to destroy me; I know you are, a holy one of The God.'
¶. 1:12 ̶ And you will quieten him, saying, 'Be silent, and come forth out of the man;' and the troublesome spirit having cast him into the midst, will come forth from him, having hurt him not;
¶. 1:13 ̶ And amazement will come upon all, and they will be speaking with one to another, saying, 'What is this word, that with authority and power he doth command the troublesome spirits, and they depart?'
¶. 1:14 ̶ And there will be going forth a renown concerning you to every place in the region round about.
¶. 1:15 ̶ And having risen out of the temple, you will be asked to enter a house in which a young mother is pressed with a great fever,
¶. 1:16 ̶ And having held her hand, you will quieten the fever, and it will depart her, and presently, having risen, she will dance with joy with her husband and child.
¶. 1:17 ̶ And at the setting of the sun, all, as many as have any discomfort with manifold sicknesses, will bring them unto you, and having held in turn the hands of each one, you will heal them.
¶. 1:18 ̶ And troublesome spirits also will be coming forth from many, crying out and saying, 'Thou art a holy one of The God;' but you will quieten them, and not suffer them to speak, because they will only distort your truth.
¶. 1:19 ̶ And day having come, having gone forth, you will go on to a desert place, and the happy great many will be seeking you, and they will come unto you, and will be holding you, and not wanting you to go on farther from them,
¶. 1:20 ̶ And you will say unto them, 'Also to the other villages, towns and cities it is necessary for me to live the good news of the reign of The God.'
¶. 1:21 ̶ And you will continue teaching in the temples, the marketplaces and the countryside of Galilee.
¶. 1:22 ̶ And it will come to pass, nigh of a noon hour, in the happy great many pressing on you to hear your words, that you will be standing on the shore of Lake Galilee,
¶. 1:23 ̶ And you will see three colourful boats anchored beside the lake, and the fishermen, having gone away from them, will be sitting on a rock, and aimlessly gazing out over the shimmering waters,
¶. 1:24 ̶ And having entered into one of the boats, you will request one of the fishermen, to put back a little from the land, and having sat down, will teach the happy great many from the boat.
¶. 1:25 ̶ And when you will have left off speaking, you will say unto the fisherman, 'Put back to the shimmering deep, and let down your nets for a draught;'
¶. 1:26 ̶ And the fisherman answering will say to you, 'Teacher, through the whole night, having laboured, we have taken up nothing from the lanterning deep, but at thy saying, I will put back out to the deep, and there let down the net.'
¶. 1:27 ̶ And having done this, they will enclose a great multitude of fish, and the net will be breaking,
¶. 1:28 ̶ And the fisherman will beckon to his companions, who are in the other boats, having come, to help them; and they will come, and fill the three boats, so that they will almost be to the point of sinking.
¶. 1:29 ̶ And the fishermen having seen, will fall down at your feet, saying, 'Depart from us, Teacher, because we are doers of wrongs;'
¶. 1:30 ̶ For astonishment will have seized them, and all those with them, at the amount of fish they had caught.
¶. 1:31 ̶ And it will come to pass, when you are in one of the villages, that lo, a man full of leprosy, and having seen you, having fallen on his face at your feet, he will beseech you, saying, 'Teacher, I believe if thou mayest will, thou art able to cleanse me;'
¶. 1:32 ̶ And having raised his hand unto you, you will hold it, saying, 'I will; be thou cleansed;' and immediately the leprosy will depart from him.
¶. 1:33 ̶ And from time to time, you will feel the need to withdraw yourself from the happy great many, into the green and golden desert places to rest and to pray.
¶. 1:34 ̶ And it will come to pass, on one of the days, that you will be teaching, and there will be sitting by some Pharisees.
¶. 1:35 ̶ And lo, a group will come bearing upon a stretcher a man, who hath been struck with cerebral palsy, and they will be seeking to bring him in, and to place him before you,
¶. 1:36 ̶ And not having found by what way they may bring him in, because of the happy great many, they will send him hand over hand in his stretcher above the heads of the people, into the midst before you,
¶. 1:37 ̶ And you having seen their great faith, will say to him, 'Friend, thy wrongs have been forgiven thee.'
¶. 1:38 ̶ And the Scribes and the Pharisees will begin to reason, saying, 'Who is this that doth speak such blasphemous words? Who is able to forgive wrongs, except The God?'
¶. 1:39 ̶ And you knowing their reasonings, will answer, saying, 'What reason ye in your hearts?
¶. 1:40 ̶ Which is easier, to say, Thy wrongs have been forgiven thee? Or to say, Arise, and walk?'
¶. 1:41 ̶ And to the man you will say, 'Friend, Arise, and having taken up thy stretcher, be going on in peace and joy to thy house.'
¶. 1:42 ̶ And presently having risen before them, having taken up that on which he had been lying for many years, he will go away to his house, thanking The God,
¶. 1:43 ̶ And astonishment will take hold of all there, and many will be thanking The God, and saying, 'We saw extraordinary things today.' and the Scribes and the Pharisees will feel threaten by you.

THE STRENGTH

1. The strength of your opponent will often be its downfall. When fierce power charges, find refuge in the steady oak or the secluded cave, for the rage of the terrible will be intent on capturing you. In the time that follows, take your advantage, for patience and calm will always master unthinking might. 8th December 1185 Jerusalem Felled Up: Female Survival Medieval Holy Land
